We want you to love your SIR pieces, which is why we offer a 21-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all tags must remain attached and items must be free of any signs of wear or fragrance.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
